Spell Format:
Name: Servailance
Magic Cost: 1 MP per minute of use.
Requirements: To have touched the serveyed area with his index finger.
Effects: This spell allows the user to view anything form the point they have touched, like a surveylance camera. They do this by making an imaginary screen between their hands to watch with. If they have more than one then they can skip between them.
Disadvantages: Having to touch the area first.
History: This spell was created long ago by Water wizards. Booki knows it because he stoll the scroll with the spell on, copied it and replaced it. He then learnt it and now uses it frequently.
