Abilities: When in staff form can fire water missiles, beams, and all sorts of highly painful attacks. When is a sword its just a simple sword except when its slices. When it slices salt water seeps from the blade and onto whatever cut the sword does to its opponent.
History: At five Seth was given this weapon from his father. As he grew older he mastered the staff/swords techniques and became a suitable master water himself. On his seventeenth birthday Seth walked out in the middle of the town and all the way to the waters edge. Kannon attacked on this day and it was the first time Seth really used the staff. In all's sadness Seth lost that battle and plummeted head first into the water never to be seen again.
