Abilities:

Water Burst: A small jet of water is fired from His hand, at highspeeds, making it somewhat strong and painful.

Aqua dome: exactly what it sounds like. A dome of water is created around Hallibus, which can stop minor attacks, and slow the more powerful ones. Although, It gets weaker with each hit. (only 5 attacks) Halibus can move around while in the dome. Can only be made 2 every time the form is used.

Cataract: Hallibus stops moving altogether, making him an open target. If he moves, the attack is canceled. If the opponent comes within 15' of HAllibus, the ground below both of them will collapse and they are thrown into a large, raging whirlpool. If this is used, the form is canceled, as this strong a move is well.... taxing.

Flight: He can hover up to 10' in the air, and is extremely fast underwater.
Disadvantages: not that strong offensively, Cannot use any element other than water
Description: Masoralus becomes shorter, and his hair turns purple. His skin also returns to his original shade, and his eyes become a bright, piercing blue. His armor shirt becomes blue, and gloves composed of Ice appear on his hands. He also sprouts wings made of pure water.
History: During Maso's travels, he came across a strange chest. Within it was a scroll and a ring. The scroll said that the ring was one of the 12 Lord's rings. This one in particular, was the ring of Hallibus, the Water lord. Apparently, these lords were powerful rulers from another realm. They made an agreement to suppress their powers, which were causing a disturbance in the order since they weren't meant to be in Sprikania. Each one sealed their powers in a ring, and this was one of them. The scroll also said the first one to wear the ring would receive a limited amount of that Lord's power. Just to see if it worked, Maso put the ring on. He immediately transformed into Hallibus. He felt the power course through his veins, and ever since he has vowed to find all the rings. Right now, he has 7 of them, but only uses this one, since he doesn't know what the other 6 do.
